Nathalie brings 25 years of experience in marketing, public relations, data, partnership development, recruitment, grant writing, fundraising and academic marketing.
Her work has included advising senior leadership, media relations, event management and stakeholder collaboration. She understands that communication must be connected to the people, priorities and practical responsibilities behind an organization’s work.
At Iversen | Martin, that perspective supports clear communication, meaningful relationships and outreach grounded in the needs of the people an organization serves.
A wider life of service
Experience earned
at the water’s edge.
More than thirty years in lifesaving, education and drowning prevention.
Nathalie’s water-safety career began as a pool and beach lifeguard, then an instructor and trainer. It expanded into Master Trainer responsibilities, aquatic-facility auditing across residential, public and collegiate settings, and expert-witness work in complex drowning and aquatic-safety matters.
That combination of frontline practice, teaching and incident analysis gives her a direct understanding of what it takes to turn an intention into effective action.
Her work across North and South America, the Caribbean and Africa has reinforced a consistent approach: listen first, understand the local context and strengthen the people who will carry the work forward.

Founder of Swim Global Project
Quiet humility.
Lasting commitment.
Nathalie founded Swim Global Project to help communities turn water-safety knowledge into coordinated, sustainable action.
Her instinct is to share capability: teach the instructor, develop the trainer, support the practitioner and leave local leaders better equipped to continue the work.
She brings experience and conviction while keeping the people served at the centre. That same attentiveness informs how she communicates, builds partnerships and approaches an assignment.
