As a national distributor of surplus IT assets, telecom, and photonics equipment, our company specialized in remarketing excess assets for Tier 1 companies using primary distribution models. Our mission was to reposition these assets into secondary market channels without disrupting or creating competition within the primary network. This allowed us to champion the sustainable use of surplus assets and reduce waste in the industry.

As a manufacturer and distributor of engineered hardwood flooring, our company implemented a successful growth and distribution strategy that enabled us to achieve a North American presence within just three years. Despite competing against larger companies, we were able to overcome barriers and do so at a fraction of the cost. To support our rapid growth, we secured funding through two rounds of cash injections, enabling us to stock our sales channels and reach over 500 stores across all 10 Canadian provinces and five US states with the Canadian Heritage brand.
Our products are manufactured in China under strict quality specifications and supervision, with a secondary manufacturing facility located in Northern Quebec to provide backup support.

PDM began as a reseller and integrator of computer hardware, software, and LAN/WAN services. The company also offered IT advisory services to commercial and public sector clients.
Through strong relationships with Tier 1 manufacturers and distributors, PDM became known for its expertise in relocating excess inventory around the globe. During a time when manufacturers struggled to manage excess capacity and overproduction, PDM provided a solution that strategically moved excess goods to areas of higher demand. This helped to prevent excess inventory from flooding the market and driving down prices, ultimately compromising the profitability of the distribution channel.
PDM established alternative worldwide distribution channels that offered balanced regional distribution, while avoiding any negative impact on the asset's value in its main channels. This strategy of strategic remarketing became the driving force of PDM as the company expanded its services to other market segments, such as Telecom, Fiber Optic, Scientific Test & Measurement, and Tier-1 Factory Refurbished finished products in IT and Consumer Electronics.
In 2001, PDM opened a 10,000 square-foot audit and test facility in Ste-Foy, Quebec, followed by a sales office in Lakeland, Florida in 2002. Today, PDM continues to offer its expertise in moving excess inventory to regions with higher demand, and has become one of the most successful remarketing strategists in North America.
